Development
The purpose of our development efforts is to provide a variety of ways to connect parents, friends, alumni, churches and businesses with ECS. Here is a sampling of the types of activities our development department is engaged in:
FUND RAISING PROJECTS
- General Ministry Fund
- Special Projects such as renovations and new equipment
- Sponsor A Student Fund and Angela’s Angels Endowment Fund for scholarships
- Grandparents’ Day
- Alumni relations and Spring alumni event
- Cultivate corporate and individual donations
- Foundation grant proposals
CHURCH RELATIONS PROJECTS
- Weekly Church of the Week Program
- Build relationships with pastors of churches represented at our school
- Organize a youth pastor day in the Spring
- Participate in OneHopeNetwork Global Day of Prayer and 90 days of service
COMMUNITY & BUSINESS CONNECTIONS
- Classroom service projects
- Connecting with businesses to provide in-kind donations for renovation projects
- Build a relationship with other Christian schools to form a coalition
- Collaborate with other Christian schools to do a community service project
